Our stay at Sabi Sabi was beyond belief. Your staff was so warm, friendly, polite and could not do enough to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our rooms were just beautiful (much larger than any other we stayed at).

They were cleaned while we were out, therefore no inconvenience to us. Exceptional and courteous unlike any other. The food was wonderful, excellent chef, great selection and just loved how he announced each evening dinner. The safari guides were extremely friendly and helpful, giving information on the various animals we saw. They went out of their way in allowing us to see as many animals as possible.

All of your staff should be complimented for the time and effort they gave us and could not be faulted in any way. Considering we were in a different country with some language barriers, at no time was this a problem. We were accommodated with such finesse; it was a pleasure to stay at Sabi Sabi. Attention to the finer details, made our stay unbelievable.

None of our accommodation during the rest of our trip in South Africa could even meet this standard. We would not hesitate to return and recommend Sabi Sabi to anyone who wanted to be pampered as well as experience the animals up close. Many thanks for a wonderful experience of a lifetime.
