Dining at Selati Camp harks back to a time when life was a little slower and a little calmer. It is a feeling of genteel grandeur that is fuelled by traditional seating arrangements and an artful combination of antique furniture and opulent fabrics and finishes – all of which is illuminated by the soft glow of shunters’ lanterns at night.
The food was excellent, and the team ensured we ate at a different location for each meal, including the most exquisitely romantic candle and lantern-lit private dinners at night. The team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay extra special.

Our Farmhouse KitchenDating to the early 1900s, our Farmhouse Kitchen is a celebration of togetherness. A single long antique table, laid in traditional family style, sets the scene for generous, hearty meals and lively evening gatherings where the conversation flows as freely as the wine.

Our safari deckOur circular safari deck is an intimate hideaway tucked under the majestic trees that line the Msuthlu riverbed. It is the perfect setting in which to relish good conversation and exceptional food with views of the bushveld and waterhole beyond.
