New Land Rover Fleet For Earth Lodge And Selati Camp

on Dec 20, 2014

News update: 23rd September

Visitors to Sabi Sabi are always excited by the prospect of unforgettable safaris. To further enhance the comfort of the game drive experience, the Land Rovers at Selati Camp and Earth Lodge have just been replaced with brand new vehicles that combine the highest safety and environmental standards with the power and ruggedness needed to traverse the rough bushveld terrain. Luxurious bucket seats make the drive so much more comfortable than the bench seats which were the norm in Land Rovers so many years ago. Two vehicles have been modified to cater for our special photographic safaris. They cater for a maximum of 6 guests, and have specially customised features such as storage compartments for photographic equipment which can double as camera rests.

With the vehicles at Bush Lodge and Little Bush Camp having also been recently upgraded, all the guest vehicles in the Sabi Sabi fleet are under three years old.

As highlighted by Sabi Sabi Marketing Director Jacques Smit, Sabi Sabi is dedicated to ensuring that even our safari fleet offers luxury and comfort as open vehicle safaris are a vital ingredient in the Sabi Sabi experience. They allow for incredibly close encounters with Africa's wildlife, giving our guests the opportunity of experiencing, totally unimpeded, the sights and sounds of the bushveld at really close quarters.

Our aim is to provide each and every guest with safaris which will never be forgotten.
