The Board of Directors of Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve is pleased to announce the appointment of Rod Wyndham as Managing Director.
Since he joined the company as manager of Earth Lodge at its birth in 2000, Rod's exceptional energy and dedication to the Sabi Sabi ethic of providing a warm 'Home in the Bush' for guests, has culminated in this well-deserved appointment.
Chairman Hilton Loon congratulated Rod for inspiring his team of over 250 employees, which has led to numerous accolades around the world for Sabi Sabi's exceptional service, genuine hospitality and exciting wildlife safaris.
In his challenging new position, Rod will be working closely with Marketing Director Jacques Smit on all strategic and operational aspects of the company.
Rod will continue to be based at his home near Sabi Sabi's Bush Lodge, where his wife Lauren, is Lodge Manager. They have a 4 year old daughter, Michaela, with another young Wyndham on the way.
