sabi sabi guest comments

On behalf of Lori and Jaden I would like to thank you and all the staff at Bush Lodge for the unbelievable 2 nights we spent there.
Your service, professionalism and attention to detail is beyond belief. The attitude of the staff is amazing and is done with genuine enthusiasm. Even when the kids in our group requested spaghetti for dinner one night, nothing was too much trouble.
I started my "bush" career as a guide for Comair in Kruger, way back when, and graduated to a "ranger" at Honeyguide in the Manyeletti and I always go to a game lodge very skeptical of the knowledge and skills of the Ranger assigned to us, and tend to be over critical, but Jason and his tracker were incredible. They had the kids eating out the palm of their hands and had us playing "bok drol spoeg". Both an asset to the organisation.
The two days spent with you also made me step back and look at our own organisation in relation to Sabi Sabi. Do we live up to the same standards as set by yourselves? Are our staff as committed as your staff? Are we as professional? Do we go out of our way to assist?
After all, when we meet your guests at KMIA we are dressed in Sabi Sabi's "uniform" where possible, we have a Sabi Sabi Welcome Board and we have Sabi Sabi signage on our vehicles. For all intent and purpose we are Sabi Sabi.
Not only were the two days spent at Bush relaxing and enjoyable beyond words, it also reminded me of the service levels we must maintain to be on a par with Sabi Sabi's.
For that many thanks.
