1. Departure and Arrival times may vary up to 60 minutes. Early departures from the lodge may be necessary to accommodate lodge hopping on limited seat flights. 2. Luggage is restricted to 20kg's per person - preferably in soft bags. 3. Rates are subject to airfield suitability, availability, noise abatement, operational procedures and fuel increases. 4. Flight reservations close 72 hours in advance. 5. Late arrivals will be booked on next available flight (possibly following day). Cancellation fees may apply. 6. Travel insurance is advisable. 7. Rates include VAT and are one way per person. 8. Routings and departure times may vary day to day depending on actual lodge and guest requirements as well as landing conditions. 9. Shuttle services cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays due to weather, ATC or technical delays and will not be held responsible for additional costs incurred for aircrafts being unable to land at the airstrip booked due to diversions, weather, unserviceable airstrips or waterlogged airstrips. 10. Shuttles reserve the right to stop at other lodges en-route depending on guest routings and number of guests. 11. Shuttles reserve the right to include technical stops en-route due to operating conditions. 12. Shuttles reserve the right to choose appropriate aircraft types depending on passenger numbers. 13. Transportation of dangerous goods must be declared and comply with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. If incorrectly packed and/or without correct documentation it will be forbidden on the aircraft.
