  • 1. All shuttle departure times are a guide only and subject to change.
  • 2. Luggage is restricted to 20kg's per person - preferably in soft bags.
  • 3. Flight reservations close 72 hours in advance.
  • 4. Late arrivals will be booked on next available flight (possibly following day). Cancellation fees may apply. Federal Air cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays due to weather resulting in missed connections when returning from any lodge. Similarly Federal Air cannot be held responsible should incoming flights be delayed resulting in passengers missing their shuttle connection to the bush.
  • 5. Travel insurance is advisable.
  • 6. Rates include VAT and are one way per person.
  • 7. Routings and departure times may vary day to day depending on actual lodge and guest requirements as well as landing conditions.
  • 8. Shuttle services cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays due to weather, ATC or technical delays and will not be held responsible for additional costs incurred for aircrafts being unable to land at the airstrip booked due to diversions, weather, unserviceable airstrips or waterlogged airstrips.
  • 9. In the event of bad weather, Federal Air reserves the right to drop off clients "at the nearest suitable and serviceable airstrip". This might mean a road transfer for guests to their final destination. This will be for the guest account. Diversions will only occur in the interests of safety or inclement weather where runway conditions are not suitable at your original destination.
  • 10. Shuttles reserve the right to stop at other lodges en-route depending on guest routings and number of guests.
  • 11. Shuttles reserve the right to choose appropriate aircraft types depending on passenger numbers.
  • 12. Transportation of dangerous goods must be declared and comply with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. If incorrectly packed and/or without correct documentation it will be forbidden on the aircraft.
