Monochrome Monday #58

on Feb 01, 2016

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take - Wayne Gretzky

I like this quote because it relates to all aspects in life and photography as well. With the rise in digital cameras one does not have to worry that much about when to trip the shutter anymore, but rather just click away and choose the best photos later and delete the rest. Action happens when you least expect it here in the bush, and I encourage you to always be ready and do not be afraid to take 100 (or even 1000) photos in a single sighting. You just never know when that sleeping lion might surprise you with a photo you will never get again!
