2012 has been a fantastic year and I feel blessed to have spent it at what has recently been rated as the Best Safari Lodge in Africa and the 6th best hotel in the world. To be a part of such an amazing establishment leaves me with goose bumps and even more pride than words can explain.
This year I have seen births and deaths, cubs making their first kills and cubs not seeing their first month through, I have watched the bush get flooded by hurricanes and dry up during the winter, and all of it leaves me feeling nostalgic and excited for the year to come. Below are the photos that I would mark off as my favourites for the year and that will remind me for the rest of my life of the beauty I get to live in! Wishing you all a very happy festive season.
