Pic Of The Week #18
on Mar 24, 2017Natural Frame
Capturing two of Africa's iconic animals - giraffe and zebra. It’s special getting animal interaction pictures and even better when they all line up. This zebra walked straight into the frame between this giraffe’s legs! A special photo, and also being in the right time at the right place!
Equipment used
- Camera – Canon 7D Mkii
- Lens and Focal Length - Canon 100-400mm Mkii f4.5-5.6
Settings used to capture this image
- ISO 640 – I kept a low ISO due to it being late morning light.
- Aperture f5.6 – I kept the focus on the zebra, with a low aperture, making the giraffe blurred.
- Shutter Speed - 1/500 - The giraffe and zebra where both standing still so I didn’t need a faster shutter speed.
Editing used on this image
This Image is straight out of the camera so no editing done!
